Technical Content & Employer Branding Lead

You will shape how the world perceives Singularity IO as the leading Swiss sovereign Agentic AI company.This role combines technical depth with creative storytelling — producing high-quality content that attracts elite AI talent whilereinforcing our thought leadership in sovereign and compliant AI.

• Develop and execute the employer branding and technical content strategy  

• Create compelling career stories, blog posts, whitepapers, and video content about our sovereign AI work  

• Manage SingularityNET talent network communications and engagement  

• Collaborate with engineering and strategy teams to translate complex technical achievements into accessible narratives  

• Support recruitment campaigns and talent attraction initiatives  

• Represent Singularity IO at AI conferences and on social channels (LinkedIn, X)

• 4+ years of experience in technical content marketing, employer branding, or AI thought leadership  

• Strong ability to understand and communicate complex AI concepts (agentic systems, EU AI Act, sovereign infrastructure)  

• Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a proven portfolio  

• Experience with LinkedIn/X content strategy and talent attraction campaigns  

• Creative yet technically accurate approach

• Within 30 days: Complete an audit of current content and branding assets and deliver a 6-month content calendar.

• Within 90 days: Publish high-quality technical and career content that increases talent engagement.

• Within 6 months: Measurably improve inbound applications and SingularityNET membership growth.
