Singularity IO (hereinafter "Singularity", "we", "us" or "our") operates the website www.singularityio.ch and the Singularity Agentic Platform, a fully sovereign, GPU-accelerated multi-tenant PaaS for autonomous agents hosted exclusively in Swiss data centers on Exoscale SKS.
We are committed to the highest standards of data protection and transparency. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal data in full compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (DSG / nFADP), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable, and the EU AI Act. All data processing related to the Agentic Platform occurs within Switzerland, ensuring Swiss data sovereignty and zero foreign data transfers for hosted agent workloads.

Customers and authorised users of the Agentic Platform — Dify, n8n, Ollama, LangGraph/CrewAI, OpenClaw, LangSmith and related services.
We collect only the data necessary for the purposes described below.
Important commitment:We never train or fine-tune public models on customer data. All inference runs on sovereign Ollama instances within your dedicated tenant.
We process personal data only for the following purposes:
We do not sell personal data.
Infrastructure hosting exclusively in Switzerland. All platform workloads remain within Swiss jurisdiction.
Secure payment providers, email delivery services — all bound by written data-processing agreements and located in Switzerland or adequate jurisdictions.
Disclosed only when legally required, under strict confidentiality obligations.
Customer data processed inside the Agentic Platform remains in isolated tenant namespaces and is never accessible to other customers or Singularity staff except under strict support access controls with explicit consent and logging.
We implement industry-leading technical and organisational measures to protect your data at every layer of our infrastructure.
Retained for 24 months after last interaction or until consent is withdrawn.
Retained for the duration of the contract plus 5 years for billing and legal obligations.
Retained according to the customer's configurable retention policy (default 90 days unless otherwise agreed).
Retained indefinitely for product improvement in fully anonymised and aggregated form.
You have the following rights (subject to applicable law):
Request a copy of your data, correct inaccuracies, or have it deleted.
Ask us to limit how we process your personal data in certain circumstances.
Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format or have it transferred.
Object to processing based on legitimate interest, including marketing.
Withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
We do not currently deploy solely automated decisions with legal effects on the public website.
You may lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or your local supervisory authority.
