Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter

You will be the architect of talent at Singularity IO. As we rapidly grow our sovereign Agentic AI Platform andclient delivery capabilities, you will own the end-to-end recruitment strategy for high-impact technical and strategic roles. Thisis a high-visibility position where your ability to identify, engage, and close elite AI talent directly fuels our growth and reputationas Europe’s premier sovereign AI company

• Build and nurture SingularityNET as the go-to curated talent network for agentic AI professionals  

• Source, screen, and engage top-tier candidates for Leading, Growth, and Supporting roles  

• Design and execute targeted recruitment campaigns across LinkedIn, technical communities, and AI conferences  

• Partner closely with hiring managers to define precise role requirements and ideal candidate profiles  

• Create compelling candidate experiences that reflect our premium Swiss brand  

• Track and optimize recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire, diversity)

• 4+ years of technical recruitment experience, ideally in AI, machine learning, or deep-tech  

• Strong network and sourcing skills within the European AI community  

• Ability to understand complex technical roles (LangGraph, Ollama, EU AI Act, etc.) and speak credibly with senior engineers and strategists  

• Excellent relationship-building and candidate experience skills  

• Data-driven approach with strong tracking and reporting abilities

• Within 30 days: Fully map our current and upcoming hiring needs and launch your first targeted sourcing campaigns.

• Within 90 days: Build a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates for key open roles.

• Within 6 months: Consistently deliver top-tier hires that strengthen our technical capabilities and employer brand.
