Lead / Principal Agentic AI Engineer

We are looking for a world-class Lead or Principal Agentic AI Engineer to join our core platform team atSingularity IO. You will architect, build, and scale production-grade autonomous agent systems that power the next generation of enterpriseintelligence — all running on fully sovereign Swiss infrastructure. This is not a research or pilot role. You will ship agents thatdeliver measurable business outcomes for regulated Swiss and European clients.

• Design and lead the development of complex multi-agent orchestration workflows using LangGraph, CrewAI, and OpenClaw  

• Build production-ready agentic systems on our sovereign stack (Ollama, Exoscale SKS GPU clusters, Qdrant, Dify → LangGraph transitions)  

• Ensure full compliance with the EU AI Act and Swiss data protection standards across all deployments  

• Optimize inference performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency at scale  

• Mentor senior engineers and define technical standards for agent quality, observability, and governance  

• Collaborate closely with AI Strategy and Client Delivery teams to translate business needs into robust agentic solutions

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong focus on agentic and LLM-based systems  

• Deep expertise in LangGraph, CrewAI, or equivalent multi-agent frameworks  

• Strong production experience with Ollama, Kubernetes, GPU-accelerated inference, and vector databases (Qdrant or similar)  

• Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI systems in regulated environments  

• Excellent understanding of EU AI Act compliance, human-in-the-loop governance, and observability (LangSmith-style tracing)  

• Python mastery and strong software engineering fundamentals

• Within 30 days: You will have deployed your first production agent workflow and established observability standards.  

• Within 90 days: You will lead a major platform improvement that measurably increases agent reliability or performance.  

• Within 6 months: You will be recognized as a technical leader shaping our sovereign agentic platform roadmap and mentoring the next generation of engineers.
