About the Role

You will own the end-to-end sales strategy and execution for Singularity IO’s sovereign Agentic AI Platformand professional services. This is a leadership role with significant autonomy to build a high-performing sales organization thattargets regulated industries in Switzerland and Europe

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the go-to-market sales strategy for sovereign agentic AI
  • Build and lead a high-performance sales team (Account Executives + SDRs)
  • Own the full sales cycle for enterprise deals (C-level engagement to contract closing)
  • Collaborate closely with Solution Architects and Delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes
  • Accurately forecast revenue and hit ambitious growth targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in AI, SaaS, or deep-tech solutions
  • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals in regulated industries
  • Strong understanding of AI/agentic technology and its business impact
  • Excellent executive presence and relationship-building skills
