About the Role

You will partner with our most important clients to maximize the value they receive from the platform. This is astrategic, technical, and relationship-driven role focused on long-term customer retention and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the post-sales relationship and success of key enterprise accounts
  • Drive platform adoption, agent deployment, and measurable ROI
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally to influence product roadmap
  • Conduct business reviews, training sessions, and optimization workshops

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of Customer Success experience in AI, SaaS, or complex enterprise software
  • Strong technical understanding of agentic AI and workflow automation
  • Excellent relationship management and consultative skills
