Agentic AI Solution Architect

We are looking for a strategic and technical Agentic AI Solution Architect to bridge business needs andcutting-edge technology. You will design complete agentic solutions for Swiss and European enterprises — from discoveryworkshops to production deployment — using our sovereign Agentic AI Platform.This is a high-visibility role that combines deep technical expertise with client advisory skills.

• Lead technical discovery and solution design workshops with enterprise clients  

• Architect multi-agent systems that integrate with CRM, ERP, and internal workflows  

• Translate business objectives into robust LangGraph / CrewAI architectures  

• Guide clients from Dify low-code prototypes to full production LangGraph implementations  

• Ensure every solution meets strict security, compliance, and performance standards  

• Act as the trusted technical advisor during implementation and go-live phases

• 6+ years of experience in AI solution architecture or technical consulting  

• Strong expertise in LangGraph, CrewAI, Dify, and agentic workflow design  

• Proven track record of delivering production AI projects for enterprise clients  

• Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders  

• Deep understanding of integration patterns with CRM/ERP systems and enterprise data platforms

• Within 30 days: You will have delivered your first client solution design and successfully mapped their use case to our platform.  

• Within 90 days: You will have supported the go-live of at least one major agentic deployment.  

• Within 6 months: You will be leading multiple client engagements and recognized as a key architect shaping our solution delivery methodology.
