Platform Success

You will be the trusted partner who helps clients and our internal digital workforce unlock the full potential ofour sovereign Agentic AI Platform. This technical success role combines deep platform expertise with exceptional customerfocus — ensuring smooth adoption, continuous optimization, and measurable business outcomes.

• Lead onboarding and enablement for new clients and internal teams  

• Provide hands-on technical guidance on best practices for agent design, deployment, and scaling  

• Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize agent performance in production  

• Gather product feedback and work closely with engineering and product teams to drive platform improvements  

• Deliver training sessions, workshops, and success reviews  

• Build long-term relationships and expand adoption within client organizations

• 4+ years of experience in customer success, solutions engineering, or technical support in AI/SaaS platforms  

• Strong technical fluency with LangGraph, Dify, n8n, Ollama, and agentic workflows  

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills — able to translate technical concepts for both engineers and business stakeholders  

• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for driving adoption and measurable results

• Within 30 days: Complete platform certification and support your first client onboarding.

• Within 90 days: Achieve high adoption and satisfaction scores for your assigned accounts.

• Within 6 months: Identify and drive platform enhancement opportunities based on real customer usage patterns.
