Client Delivery Lead

You will be the primary owner of client project delivery, ensuring our agentic AI solutions are implemented ontime, on budget, and deliver the promised business impact. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines technicaloversight, client management, and project execution excellence.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of agentic AI implementations for enterprise clients  

• Translate solution architecture into executable project plans and timelines  

• Manage cross-functional teams (engineering, compliance, strategy)  

• Ensure all deployments meet strict security, compliance, and performance standards  

• Act as the trusted escalation point and relationship owner during delivery

• 5+ years of experience leading AI / digital transformation delivery projects  

• Strong technical understanding of LangGraph, CrewAI, Dify, and enterprise integrations  

• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex B2B technology projects  

• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills  

• Experience working in regulated environments is highly valued

• Within 30 days: Take ownership of active client projects and establish clear delivery governance.  

• Within 90 days: Successfully deliver at least one major milestone or project phase.  

• Within 6 months: Consistently achieve high client satisfaction and on-time delivery across your portfolio.
