AI Product Manager

As AI Product Manager you will define the future of our sovereign Agentic AI Platform. You will work at theintersection of customer insight, technical feasibility, and business impact to prioritize features, guide roadmap decisions, andensure we deliver maximum value to both external clients and our internal digital workforce.

• Own the product roadmap for the core Agentic AI Platform and supporting tools  

• Gather and prioritize requirements from clients, internal users, and the engineering team  

• Define and track success metrics for agentic features (adoption, reliability, ROI)  

• Work closely with engineering leads to translate product vision into actionable sprints  

• Champion user-centric design and seamless low-code to code-first experiences (Dify → LangGraph)

• 4+ years of product management experience in AI, SaaS, or developer platforms  

• Strong technical fluency with agentic AI concepts (LangGraph, multi-agent systems, RAG)  

• Proven ability to drive complex B2B product roadmaps in regulated industries  

• Excellent analytical and prioritization skills with a data-driven mindset  

• Passion for building intuitive tools that empower non-technical users

• Within 30 days: Complete a full platform gap analysis and prioritized backlog.  

• Within 90 days: Ship at least one major feature that measurably improves user adoption or agent performance.  

• Within 6 months: Establish clear product success metrics and influence the next major platform release.
